  What is the Thes Tziveli style? It gives joy. It is more of a human attitude that a professional one. A dream: to color other people's life and also one's own. But, as everybody knows, fulfilling dreams entails hard work, study and a lot of experience.

 

'Once a girl who wanted to work in the world of fashion asked me: 'What is the style?' My reply was a speech on row materials, lasers and tanneries; I am sure that she was a bit disappointed.'' Thes Tziveli narrates this fact to describe in depth her history as a designer, who has led her to the top positions in fashion, focussing above all on innovative product technology rather than image. In order to understand the essence of Thes Tziveli's style, we must say that it's more substance than appearance.

 

But if we talk about substance it is essential that one has a thorough knowledge of it. At the beginning when Thes Tziveli started producing fur only she had realized this truth, even if she had not given it an ideological shape, i.e. it was not yet her guiding principle. When deciding where she could start producing in Italy, Thes Tziveli insisted on doing accurate market research in order to determine the geographic area where the best skilled work people were available to treat the materials she intended to use. She therefore chose the area around Florence which seemed to be the most qualified from a point of view of technological and production innovation.

 

Over the following 20 years, that choice proved to be right because, thanks to the competences acquired, the style of this brand is a winning one. This style is a mix of creativity, good taste and technology which give shape to Thes Tziveli's imaginative power. The strong points of the Thes Tziveli brand are: a solid background with Thes Tziveli's degree in Economics which gives her a knowledge of the market functioning; cultural interests and aesthetic sensibility; innovation which is constantly brought up-to-date through research: all those factors are at the basis of products that have style, which is recognized and has pleasant, desirable connotations that stimulate a desire for identification. Thes Tziveli was lucky to be born in a family where her father's entrepreneurial spirit combined with an artistic influence which came from her grandfather who was a painter. If we look at the lines of the Thes Tziveli collections, an aspect which has been confirmed by the most recent fashion shows, they tell us, about a woman who is aware of herself, dynamic, who will not accept her femininity to be dimmed.
